Behaviour

At Rothwell Victoria School, we are very keen to promote good behaviour in our school. We believe that every day is a fresh start and we follow the 'Good to be Green' behaviour system. All children start their day on 'Green' and we follow our yellow card/red card warning system for unwanted behaviour. Each week, children who have remained on 'Green' and have followed our positive behaviour policy, receive an email or text message home letting parents/ carers know they have shown great behaviour! At the end of a term, children who have not received any yellow cards are rewarded with free time which could be activities such as a film, extra play, den building or just quiet time with friends doing an activity of their choice.

Mrs McManus is the Pastoral Welfare Officer and helps us make sure we have the best behaviour in school.
